Inspiration is drawn from selected produce sourced from local farms, complemented by ingredients from our own game. Our “Wirtsgarten” is a wonderful place – perfect for a great celebration! With live music, we serve Ayinger beer straight from the wooden barrel, specialities from the grill and the kitchen, and a variety of gin creations. Part of the beer garden is covered, so whatever the weather, we celebrate on 17 July. Start: from 6 pm.

We love our vegetable garden – and invite you to discover it this evening! Gardener Philipp Baumgärtel will guide you through his domain while you enjoy your starter among lettuces and radishes and listen to his tips and tricks. All further courses are served in the manor house.

Throughout August, our kitchen team will be bringing the flavours of Spain to your plate. During this time, our menu will feature a delicious selection of Spanish specialities – perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean without leaving home. Our Spanish menu will be available on our website from the end of July.

Our head chef Tobias Franz is responsible for these top-class delights.
