From 12 November until Christmas, you can enjoy a whole goose (for four or more guests) or duck (for two or more) in our restaurant – available by pre-order only (at least 72 hours in advance). Both are also available to take away – also by advance order only. Each dish is served with a rich roast jus, caramelised red cabbage, soft potato dumplings, and a baked apple filled with chestnuts. To start, a clear consommé awaits you – and to finish, a sweet dessert surprise.
