Guaranteed reservations can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned arrival. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 80% of the first booked night. Exceptions to the cancellation time limit apply for trade fairs and special events such as e.g. the Oktoberfest.

Children aged from 0 – 3 years stay overnight free of charge. From the age of 4 (to 16 years) we charge 50.00 EUR per night in the parents’ room, incl. breakfast buffet.

We grant special bargain prices depending on availability and/or how short-notice the booking is. These are displayed to you directly during your online reservation. Our bargain prices may possibly be subject to restrictions, which will be displayed to you during the reservation. Group prices can be offered, depending on availability, but only apply from a reservation of at least 10 rooms.

Late arrivals have to be secured by a valid credit card number and its expiry date. Reservations without creditcard guarantee are possible.

There are sufficient parking spaces free of charge in the village centre around our ensemble. Furthermore, we can offer 3 parking spaces in our garage, each at a cost of 20.00 EUR per day; we request that you make a reservation in good time.

To unload your baggage you can park your car in front of the Gasthof. We kindly ask you to remove to car afterwards.

At the Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying, our guests have two charging stations for cars and two for bicycles. One of the e-stations is intended for Tesla vehicles, the second for Android models.
The charging fee is €15.00 for electric cars and €10.00 for hybrid vehicles.

The sauna in the Guest-House and Manor House are open daily from 08.00 to 21.00.

Our Ayinger breakfast is available to you daily from 07.00 to 10.30. Should you prefer a different time, we will also be happy to serve you your breakfast in your room.

We will be happy to organise a shuttle service for you, to Munich, to the trade fair, to the airport or railway station. From 09.00 to 18.00 we will take you to the railway station S-Bahnhof Aying free of charge and will also be happy to pick you up. Please notify us in good time before your arrival.

 You are welcome to bring your dog by prior arrangement. For the more elaborate cleaning we charge € 25.00 per day / dog and from the second hotel night additionally € 50.00 for the final cleaning.

Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 5 dogs per stay. In exceptional cases and in consultation with our reception, it is also possible that your dog accompanies you to our restaurant "August and Maria".

We accept cash (euros), EC cards (starting at an amount of 10,00 €), VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express.

We offer WLAN free of charge in the whole ensemble.
A PC with internet connection is available in the Guest-House.

Together with our cooperation partner Bettenrid, we will be happy to provide you with a pillow from our extensive pillow menu free of charge during your stay.

Appointments are possible after previous arrangement and take place in our establishment. Our massage therapist Jenny Füllhardt offers the following massages: Classic partial and whole body massage, Lomilomi massage.

You can reach Munich city centre in 40 minutes using the S 7. The railway station “Aying” is approx. 800 m away; we will be happy to organise a shuttle service.

Please be aware that smoking is only permitted outside the hotel building.

Our restaurant is open for you from Wednesday to Sunday.

On Mondays and Tuesday our restaurant is closed.  

From 12.00 o'clock to 14.00 o'clock and from 18.00 o'clock to 22.00 o'clock (warm kitchen until 21.00 o'clock) our kitchen brigade is there for you and spoils you with fine Bavarian kitchen.

In order to be able to enjoy your menu in peace, we ask that you order your menu by 1:00 p.m. at noon and 8:30 p.m. in the evening. All other dishes can of course be ordered during the entire restaurant opening hours.

The cost for non-hotel guests is 25.00 euros per person.
