Absolutely. We would be delighted to welcome you for a personal viewing, giving you the opportunity to explore our event spaces, experience the atmosphere and discuss your plans with us in person.

Yes. In fine weather, our gardens provide a beautiful setting for a symbolic outdoor wedding ceremony. Afterwards, you can continue your celebrations with us

Popular dates are often reserved well in advance. We therefore recommend enquiring about your preferred date as early as possible.

How do we get started with planning our wedding?
Simply arrange a personal venue viewing with us. This allows us to discuss your ideas, understand your wishes and begin planning your celebration together.
How does the booking process work?
Once you have chosen your preferred venue and date, we will confirm availability and prepare a personalised proposal. Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of your written confirmation.
When will we discuss the details of our wedding?
Approximately two to three months before your wedding, we will arrange a detailed planning meeting. Together, we will discuss the schedule, decorations, food, drinks and every other important aspect of your day.
When do you require our final guest numbers?
We appreciate receiving an initial estimate approximately three weeks before your wedding. The final confirmed number of guests is required no later than ten working days before the event.
Will you support us throughout the planning process?
Absolutely. From your first venue viewing through to your wedding day, our experienced events team will guide you every step of the way to ensure your celebration is exactly as you have imagined.
If you wish, we can also arrange floristry, your wedding cake, live music, hair and make-up, a photo booth and much more. Of course, you are equally welcome to organise individual elements yourself or work with your own preferred suppliers.
Can you recommend wedding suppliers?
We would be delighted to recommend trusted florists, musicians, photographers and other experienced wedding professionals.
Is accommodation available for our guests?
Yes. Our hotel offers 48 individually appointed guest rooms for you and your guests. We are happy to reserve a room allocation for your wedding party. Together, we will agree a cut-off date, after which any unreserved rooms will automatically be released for general sale.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes. Dogs are very welcome at our hotel.
Can our guests choose between different main courses?
Yes. Guests may choose between fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan main courses. We require the final confirmed selections no later than ten days before your event.
Can you accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements?
Yes. We are happy to cater for allergies, food intolerances and vegetarian or vegan dietary requirements.
Do your menus change seasonally?
Yes. To ensure the highest quality and make the best use of seasonal ingredients, our menus are updated throughout the year.
May we bring our own wine or other beverages?
Our wine cellar offers a carefully curated selection of exceptional wines. We therefore kindly ask for your understanding that outside wines cannot be brought to the venue.
May we provide spirits or liqueurs as wedding favours?
Yes, certainly. A corkage charge per guest applies to any spirits brought into the venue.
May we arrange our own floral decorations?
Yes, of course. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee access to the venue on the day before your wedding.
May we provide our own place cards, menus and table plans?
Certainly. You are welcome to create your own printed stationery, or we would be pleased to arrange this for you.
Are there any decorations that are not permitted?
To protect our historic buildings and in accordance with environmental and fire safety regulations, confetti, flower petals, sparklers, fireworks and balloons are unfortunately not permitted.
Can wedding favours be placed in our guests' hotel rooms?
Yes. We would be delighted to place your welcome gifts in your guests' rooms before their arrival.
What budget should we expect?
Every wedding is unique. We would be delighted to prepare a personalised, no-obligation quotation tailored to your individual wishes and requirements.
Is there a venue hire fee?
We do not generally charge venue hire. Depending on the room selected, however, a minimum spend on food and beverages may apply.
Is a deposit required?
For larger celebrations, a deposit may be required. The exact amount will be detailed in your quotation.
Is there a planning fee?
For events with 50 guests or more, we charge a one-off planning fee to cover the personal coordination and organisation of your celebration.
When will we receive the invoice?
Your invoice will be sent by email after your wedding and is payable within 14 days.
Where can we find your cancellation policy?
Full details of our Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy will be provided together with your quotation.
Who will look after us during our celebration?
Throughout your wedding, an experienced event manager or head waiter will be your dedicated point of contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Until what time can we celebrate?
In the Main House and Manor House, celebrations may continue until 1.00 am. From midnight onwards, music must be reduced to a level that will not disturb hotel guests.
In the Sixthof, celebrations may continue until 3.00 am. Extended celebration times are also available when the Manor House is booked exclusively.
Events in the Ayinger Bräustüberl conclude at 11.00 pm.
How do we get to the Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying?
Aying is located approximately 30 minutes south-east of Munich and is easily accessible both by car and by Munich's suburban rail network (S-Bahn, line S5 to Aying station). From the station, it is just a short walk to the hotel.
Is parking available, and do you offer EV charging?
Yes. We provide ample complimentary parking for our guests, as well as electric vehicle charging stations on site.
