In the listed Manor House

At the beginning of your party, we serve aperitifs in front of the open fire in the library or on the terrace with its breath-taking view out over the maypole and the Brauereigasthof Hotel. Then continue into the wood-panelled room in the listed Manor House, which is directly adjacent and accessible from the old manor kitchen. A beautiful, old wooden floor, a large tiled oven and a tasteful, noble interior design create a cosy living-room atmosphere.

At the wood-fired Wamsler range – built in 1934 – you can look over the chefs’ shoulder as they cook.

The pictures in the Wirtsstube illustrate the history of the house and the change that the Wirtsstube has undergone from the first seating area at the beginning to the noble atmosphere that you now enjoy during your event. Immerse yourself in the cosy and historical atmosphere and enjoy a very special day or evening in Aying.

We would be happy to make the former family home available to you exclusively if you should so wish. When you book all 14 rooms and suites in conjunction with your party in the Wirtsstube, we will make the library available to you exclusively in order to ring out the evening in style, and we will serve breakfast to you and your guests the following morning in the Wirtsstube.
