Manor House Kitchen

LOOK OVER THE CHEF'S SHOULDER

The Herrenhaus, built in 1385 and now a listed building, has a large kitchen with an old, wood-fired Wamsler cooker - the eternal classic of every traditional kitchen.

The Manor Kitchen used to be the gastronomic centre of Aying's village centre. For decades, food was cooked here for the family as well as for the employees of the brewery inn and the brewery.

The former manor house kitchen was redesigned according to professional standards. Nowadays, it once again forms the centre of the house and is the ideal place to cook and eat together.

At the ‘Chefs Table’ (up to 12 people) you sit in the front row. Directly in front of the old cooker. Look over the shoulders of our chefs, be inspired and above all: Enjoy!
