You shouldn’t forget to include an exclusive tour of the brewery. We can naturally comply with a suitable time slot for you. Depending on the size of the group, we recommend a duration of 1 ½ to 2 hours including the beer tasting.
But even just a short tour of 60 minutes through our family-run specialty brewery will provide enough time for you to discover lots of facts about beer culture and beer consumption in Bavaria and to find out about the processed raw materials through the various steps of the brewing process to the tasty end product.
Our brewery tour guide will explain to you in detail how our famous, multi-award-winning Aying beers are brewed in one of the technically most advanced breweries in Europe using just 4 basic ingredients – water, hops, malt and yeast.
Exclusive group tours are available at any time, Mondays to Saturdays.

Of course, you can then try our award-winning Aying beer specialties. We also provide our Ayinger Biertreberbrot – a spent grain bread made using our own recipe.
