Situated on the first floor of the Ayinger Privatbrauerei, you will find the Schalander. From here, you can enjoy an exquisite panoramic view over the surrounding area of Aying. The light-flooded room is an unforgettable location for extraordinary incentives, roadshows, product and car presentations, exhibitions and workshops.
But as well as the fantastic setting between the brewing vats in the Schalander, you can also use the space outside on the directly accessible balcony or spacious pasture in front of the brewery.
