Goose for four / Duck for two

From 13 November until Christmas you can enjoy  a whole goose  (from four people) or duck (from two people) in our restaurant. Both dishes are served with a hearty roast jus, caramelized red cabbage, melted potato dumplings and a roast chestnut apple. You can look forward to a Consommè, followed by a sweet finish.
