So why not begin a special evening right there among the tomatoes and “Großkopferte” (a delicious variety of lettuce)? Gardener Philipp Baumgärtel will take you on a tour of his pride and joy, happily sharing tips for growing your own produce along the way. And what better way to experience the fruits of the garden than by enjoying the starter right there on site? The rest of your meal will be served in the cosy dining room of our manor house inn, featuring tender beef from our own herd and the finest fresh fish.
