On this day, everything revolves around beer, giving you a first-hand insight into the brewing process.
At our small, copper-clad brewing plant, you will become a brewmaster yourself and immerse yourself in the art of brewing. While the plant continues the process for you, we will take you on an exclusive tour of the Ayinger Private Brewery. Before returning to your own brewing, you will enjoy a hearty Brotzeit in the brewery’s Schalander.

The seminar begins at 11:00 am and finishes at approximately 4:30 pm.

Please bring your voucher or the invoice sent to you as your “ticket” for the seminar.
The number of participants is limited to 12 people.
For groups of 8 or more, we also offer exclusive brewing seminars on your preferred date.
