Ayinger Mini Chefs Group ,,Ayinger Miniköche‘‘

We are delighted to announce the new project "Ayinger Miniköche" at the Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying! Beginning in January 2025, our two-year Mini Chefs group will offer children aged 9 to 11 an exciting opportunity to explore healthy nutrition, sustainability, and the preparation of regional ingredients.

What can young participants expect?

In ten monthly sessions per year, 13 Mini Chefs will learn through hands-on experiences:

The importance of healthy eating and sustainability.

Practical kitchen skills, including how to prepare regional dishes.

Table etiquette, serving techniques, and mixing non-alcoholic beverages.

The children won’t just discover the joy of cooking—they’ll also gain their first insights into exciting career paths in the hospitality industry.

Our Team and Organization

The project will be supported by a dedicated team:

Dragan Gmizic will lead the practical kitchen training.

Ursula Hollweck, a trained hospitality expert, will provide on-site guidance.

Christiane Jenkins, our nutrition specialist, will share theoretical knowledge with the children.

The project is under the patronage of our mayor, Peter Wagner.

Leoni Siebel, from our HR department, will oversee the organizational aspects.

Equipment and Finale

Each child will receive their own cooking gear and a "Mini Chef Toolkit" in a practical suitcase—both included in the one-time participation fee of €150. The program will conclude in 2026 with a gala evening featuring a practical exam, where the children will showcase their skills and receive an official certificate.
