Our beverage list has been drawn up with sensitivity and expertise. In addition to select wines, our guests can enjoy outstanding beer specialties from our own brewery. Our beer sommelier Damian Kokoschka is happy to help with the choice of beer to accompany each course. With mineral water as well we rely on the quality of our own source: glacial mineral water from our own well. And for the perfect after dinner drink, we recommend our house-distilled spirits.
