A culture of outstanding hospitality

First referred to as a tavern with accommodation in 1385, the Brauereigasthof (brewery inn) has a 600-year history of hospitality that has been improved upon from generation to generation. The Brauereigasthof is today one of the best 400 restaurants in Germany. The team led by chefs Josef Rampl and Michael Kaiser offer fine, regional specialties with the freshest of ingredients which also come from our own estate and hunts. We serve excellent specialty beers from our own brewery and glacial mineral water from our own springs.

The Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying has more than 34 individually furnished rooms that harmoniously combine historical atmosphere with contemporary comfort and tradition with modernity.
The historical manor house has been providing accommodation since April 2009. Following its conversion and careful restoration, it now offers 14 individual rooms most of which have open fireplaces or historic tiled stoves.
In addition to the guesthouse and manor house, the Museum Sixthof - a heritage house - a historical ninepins alley and the Aying specialty brewery also form part of the Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying.
