MANOR KITCHEN

HAVE A LOOK OVER THE CHEF’S SHOULDER

The now listed Manor House was built in 1385 and has a large kitchen with an old, wood-fired Wamsler range - the eternal classic in every traditional kitchen.

The Manor kitchen was once the centre of Aying village. For many decades this kitchen not only cooked for the Manor family, but also for the Brauereigasthof Hotel and brewery employees.

The former Manor kitchen was renovated and fitted in accordance with all professional standards. It now forms the centre of the house once again and is the ideal place to cook and eat together.

At the “chef’s table” (up to 12 people), you are sitting in the front row. Directly in front of the old oven. Have a look over our chef’s shoulder and get inspired - but most importantly: Enjoy yourself
