Everything revolves around beer on this day. Together with our beer sommelier Alexander Moosbauer, you will experience beer production up close and personal. A sensory analysis right at the start of the seminar hones your sense of the basics – the raw materials to produce your own beer.
At the little copper-clad brewing plant, you will become a master brewer, diving into the art of brewing.
While the little brewing plant carries out the work for you for the time being, Alexander Moosbauer will give you an exclusive tour of the Ayinger Privatbrauerei, the most advanced private brewery in Bavaria.
Before you return to brewing, you can enjoy our Ayinger beer menu with accompanying beer specialties.
After fermentation and storage, your beer will be ready for you to collect a few weeks after the seminar.

Our brewing seminars always take place on Sundays. Participation is limited to 12 people. From 8 people, we also offer exclusive brewing seminars at a date of your choice.
